We always do our best to mention the right sizes for all available sizes. You will find the size information on the product page. If the given information is not sufficient please contact us.

How to purchase

Start by selecting a product in the right colour and size. Then press “Add to basket”. Continue shopping or open the basket. You will find it on the right top of every page.

You do not have to register to shop at Styleserver. In this case your personal data will only be saved for delivery reasons.

For safety reasons we do not save any payment data, i.e. credit card information.

Shipping costs

Shippings costs for deliveries within Germany

We ship to the countries stated below. Within Germany we ship with DHL. The shipping within Germany cost 3,9 EUR (Free shipping if value of order exceeds 100 EUR).

Free shipping on orders within Germany and a minimum value of 100 Euro (no express shipping)

Deliveries to Non-EU-countries will be charged without the VAT. You will safe 19% on the retailprice!

Returns

You are free to return the good within 14 days after you received it. Within Germany we will pay the cost for returns, if the value of returned good is more then 40 Euro. To return please write an email at office(ät)styleserver.de and please mention your order no. We debit all returns as they were paid. We will refund as soon as possible, nevertheless refund will be done 7-10 days after we received the return.

Payment

All prices mentioned on Styleserver.de include VAT and exclude shipping costs.

Deliveries to Non EU-countries are VAT free. You will safe 19% on all goods.

For deliveries to Non EU-countries you may have to pay taxes, duty and fees.

To pay at styleserver.de, you can choose from one of these options: Credit Card - Visa, Master, Amex - (> VISA 3D-secured payment), Paypal, prepayment via bank transfer. Additional for deliveries within Germany we offer: Invoice (max. 150€), cash on pick up and cash on delivery (+2 Eur to be paid on delivery).
